Charles H. Foster

Mr. Foster is currently in his third year as principal of Kemps Landing Magnet School. A twenty-three year veteran of education, Mr. Foster has been a classroom teacher, coach, at-risk coordinator, school improvement specialist, and assistant principal. Mr. Foster is a former teacher of the year winner, and his current school, Kemps Landing Magnet School, has earned the Governor’s School of Excellence Award for achievement for the past three years. Additionally, Mr. Foster will accept the prestigious National Blue Ribbon Schools Award in the fall of 2011 in Washington, D.C. on behalf of Kemps Landing Magnet School.
