Jeff Coe is the Director, Training and Professional Development with Schoolnet, Inc., having served clients across the nation during nearly five years with the company. Jeff has worked to help develop Schoolnet's Roadmap Assessment and Training and Professional Development processes, and he has worked side by side with clients to help them implement data-driven initiatives. Prior to joining Schoolnet, Jeff spent nearly a decade in the public school classroom; most recently as an eighth grade English teacher and department head in Leander and Eanes school districts, outside of Austin. As a member of the District Improvement Committee in Leander, Jeff helped develop and implement a district-wide model for instruction utilizing best practices and data analysis in the classroom. Implementing these data-driven instructional programs for teachers and students resulted in significant gains in academic achievement in these school districts. Before moving to Texas, Jeff spent four years as an English and G/T teacher, basketball, and football coach in Vail, Colorado, where he spearheaded service learning trips for students and was named Teacher of the Year in Eagle County.
Jeff's educational background includes a Master's Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Curriculum and Instruction with a minor in Educational Psychology. He has also earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado in Secondary Education and English.
