Patti Shaw

Patti Shaw has spent the last thirty-two years in the field of education. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Rhode Island College, a Certificate in Instructional Technology from George Mason University and a Master of Education in Instruction and Curriculum – Technology, from George Mason University.

As a former military wife she taught in Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, and twenty-two years in Virginia, the last twenty with Manassas City Public Schools. Her experience covers teaching from preschool to eighth grade. In 2000 she became an Instructional Technology Training Specialist for grades K-12 and in 2007 became the Division Coordinator of Instructional Technology. In 2009 she also became the Project Manager for the implementation of Schoolnet for Manassas City Public Schools.
