Dr. Steven Scarcelli

Dr. Scarcelli is currently the principal at Red Mill Elementary School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He holds an undergraduate degree from Virginia Wesleyan College, and a master's degree and a Ph.D. from Old Dominion University. During his thirty-two years of service as an educator he has been a fifth-grade teacher, a high school baseball coach, an assistant principal, and currently a principal for the past fifteen years. Dr. Scarcelli has been a co-chair of the Elementary Principal's League and has served on dozens of schoolwide committees over the years. He resides in Virginia Beach with his wife Diane, a retired teacher of thirty-one years.
